refactor create-solid code
remove unused `ui` package
This allows for `create-solid` to be imported by another package and used there
…nder a subcommand
feat: export nothing from `create-solid` so it can be as small as possible
This should help catch platform-specific bugs

Completely refactor the
create-solidpackage to improve the maintainability of the CLIUsing a separate package for each subcommand significantly reduces the risk of features being added in other subcommands (add, for example) impacting the critical
